What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is mainly made with natural stone beads, freshwater pearls and stainless steel. The colours, shades and patterns of natural stones may vary, making each piece unique.
Is your jewelry made in Québec?
Yes. 1001 Perles jewelry is carefully handcrafted in Québec, and we are proud to be certified Made in Québec.
Why is $2 donated to the Charles-Bruneau Foundation?
1001 Perles began as an act of solidarity with Sarah-Lou, our friends’ daughter, who had leukemia. That story became a mission: for every piece of jewelry sold, $2 is donated to the Charles-Bruneau Foundation to help support children with cancer and their families.
Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes. We offer a range of personalized jewelry and accessories, including engraved pieces. Available options depend on the design. Contact us before ordering if you have a special request.
Can you make jewelry in our team colours?
Yes. We create jewelry in team colours, including for cheerleading, ringette and other sporting events. Contact us to discuss your team, club or special order.
Do you offer engraving at events?
Yes. We can offer personalized engraving on-site at select events. Available services may vary by event.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the product description and size guide when available. If you need a special size or are unsure before ordering, contact us and we will help you choose.
Are all natural stones identical?
No. Each stone is naturally different. Colours, shades, veining and patterns may vary slightly from one piece to another. These variations are normal and part of what makes natural stones authentic.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve its appearance, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, chemicals and cleaning products whenever possible. Store your jewelry in a dry place when you are not wearing it.
